I was wondering if anyone is aware of UK businesses accepting GBP20, GBP50 and/or GBP100 face value coins?
I doubt anyone will exchange them for cash...

The Royal Mint decided that banks could not redeem these - so any business that accepted these as payment would be stuck with them.
