Hi I found this in change that I got from the store was wondering if it is rpm . Thanks for any help you may have to offer

A RPM would be raised, not reduced by coin contact.

Flat shelf like reduction of the mint mark.

Note MD flattened the devices a bit. Note the normal example above it. The overall size is there, but also the reduction of part of the devices. The bottom of the devices are normal. A RPM would be enlarged, not reduced when compared side by side with a normal coins devices.
