Obverse scratch, looks like roll mark damage. 64RD tops imho

there is a chance for 65RD but more likely 64

I say 65, I picked a 67 example off the bay for 15 bucks. I love this coin, especially when you get a good one

WOW, congrats! Your slab pics are pretty good, if you crop down to just the coin, they might tell the story better.

WOW If I thought my coin was a 67 and yours was a 65, Mine should techniceally be a MS-71 (if we add three points to yours and mine)

GR58 - I apologize, I actually posted another ms 68 1995 DDO I have not the coin that was raw above. It did still come back MS 68 but here is the actual coin from the first post.
