Got this in my LCS junk bin for spot... From looking only not sure if it would be VF or XF? Any help appreciated! Thanks!

I'd say a solid VF30, possibly EF40. But the obverse looks like it's been cleaned from these photos. There's a streak of marks going from the top right to bottom left as if rubbed with a cloth while cleaning

US grading (PCGS,NGC) EF40
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
