I positioned my lighting differently again and tried it on another bicentennial quarter this one isn't as yellow as the previous one. Its a darn shame that the coins are so beautiful and I can't seem to do a simple task as taking a nice photo with light. Its always cloudy outside.

While I do agree that is a nice coin, I think 67 I'd over stating by a considerable amount.

I believe it more than a 65 Indian. I'd give it a MS66 at least!

i have it at 66 but as others have stated it could make 67. there are only some very small ticks here and there.

I am thinking .. MS 66

But if I look to long .. there may be enough little nicks
to drop it to a MS 65

Actually looking at it again I would give it at least a MS67. It's a nice looking coin and one of my favorite Washington quarters!
