This one's called a "loonie". As for the others, without more detail the only premium I can comment on is that the George6 quarter is 80% silver.

Nothing really special to look for in toonies.
The George quarter is silver. that's a couple bucks but no further premium unless it's UNC or a 48.
The V nickel you mentioned could be a wartime nickel or a commemorative nickel.
The 05 comm nickel has no premium, the wartime nickel is worth 10c in circulated condition.

Please be more specific with years and include pictures where ever possible.

I saw a post. Coin Weekly. Collecting Canadian Coins in the 20th Century on coin community.
I found several Canadian Coins someone tried to feed into a "Coin Star Machine." that is why I was asking.
It is a 1905 five cent.
