I'm thinking I see a pretty decent 64 - seems like the marks on the cheek are more because of the camera and lighting, therefore a little exaggerated. In the "market grading" world, 1881-S Morgans are available with great strikes and high grades, so the TPG's are not afraid to assign them big numbers. I confess to being swayed by that opinion; if this were an 1884-S, for instance (a really tough find in Mint State), I'd be thinking maybe 63 as I'd be wary of "creating wealth" by assigning a high grade.
