All I am seeing is common 1990 circulated cents.

Proof coins have a totally different look. They should have frosted devices, and a mirror like appearance in the fields.

What you have is a circulation strike cent, from the Philadelphia mint. The cents from Philly have no mint mark. Your coin is as it should be!

I agree none look like a Proof.

I see three business strike LMC's all with some sort of PMD. Each one looks like it took a hit. Might even be some zinc rot as well. All spenders IMO.

We will see what the pro's say.

All are business strikes.As posted above, a proof cent will be almost mirror like in appearance.
