Sorry that is just a normal one from that year. There is some machine damage on LIBERTY. Note how the MD reduces the size of the devices?

Coop, should we let Wexler know. His web site has a photo that is an exact match listed as 003

Note on his example on WDDR-003 the doubling is wider on the RTY. Note the bottom part of the device at the base of the devices and field area? There maybe some MD on the tops of the devices, but the lower part is hub doubled. Note how much wider the 'y' is from the normal one on your image.

Another point: The die numbers will not always match up between the different attributers. Why? They often list their attributions as the are submitted. I know on John's listings, changed his number system. When he did that he listed them according to the strongest first. Then when new dies come in, then they are listed. Coppercoins also set theirs up with the idea of stronger first, but also do the same. Add them when they are next attributed. Some of the coppercoins listings don't show an image of them, but they are in the collectors library and they have cataloged them but have not added them yet to the site. So they are saving spaces for dies in their collection. When they get back to the program again, they will eventually add them to their site. CONECA's numbers I'm not sure how they are working their numbers. But they probably did the same as Wexler listing the stronger ones first and the new added when submitted. (the CONECA number system, I believe was the same as Wexlers, but they split off into new systems, CONECA still have the old and the new numbers.

New side by side with the 1982 1c WDDO-003

Note that your coin is not this die either. It is a normal coin with machine damage on those devices. The 003 here is hub doubled and you can see the devices are wider.
