Thank you for posting this. I'm mainly collecting slabbed coins for now (mainly due to concerns for genuine raw coins) but this made me watch some other videos on counterfeit slabs which have been a problem for much longer than I thought.

One of those videos had an example where the barcode on the label didn't match the certification number, so I naturally went and scanned a bunch of my slabs to see if I had any like that. I don't, but two of the codes wouldn't scan at all on my phone so now I have an excuse to go back to my local dealer to see if they can help authenticate them. I won't be happy if either of them are fake, but I'm still within the PayPal guarantee window so there's a chance I have some recourse.

Of course, all the others I scanned could have given me false negatives, but it is somewhat reassuring. Most of the things on my want list now would be better obtained from local/in-hand dealers anyway.
