Is This A 1972 V2 Ike? - Coin Community Forum

Something with the software will not load a tag with PCGD or NGC in the address. It used to work, but now I have to remove that from the address in order to post the image. Why? I don't know. Under magnification, it seems to have several 'bag marks'...so I think it's been shuffled around a lot, but not circulated much. Either way, I think this is probably the most valuable thing I've ever 'found' - using that term kind of loosely, but it was in coins I was looking through and hadn't bought.
