I tried to find the definition for counter clashes, with no success. I am familiar with clashes though. When the dies hit each other, they leave incuse design parts on each other. Then when they strike coins, it comes out in relief.

You are describing a clashed die. The outline of the design transfer to the opposite die leaving clash marks on the coins struck.

Nice stuff, Coop. Is a Counter Clash different than a Clashed Die?

Yes. It is a transfer from a clash, back to the host die.

Deep stuff here, but I think it is what you are looking for.

COOP Yes thank you so much for answering back. That's exactly what I was referring to (saw in your video, so thank you for putting all that info together)
When searching the 1967 quarter I found this counter clash for reference which indicates that their was a multiple die event with one of the dies for this year.
The rim error near god we trust and the photos of the wings counter really stuck my newbie eyes for the areas with potential comparison.
Any input on possible link/match and it being an actual clash. Or does YODA say PMD / vice ?

All I see on your coin is PSD. Looks like the coin was damaged intentionally. no mint error. It didn't look like that when it was struck.
