MS-60, I don't see any wear. Full diamonds and no wear on the hair curl or feathers.

i think it could be low MS also. I'm at 61. not sure what the percent of coin cutoff is for RB but probably a little of short of it

I agree Unc, probably 63BN. Very colorful, but don't like that corrosion spot at 7:00 on reverse.
