coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 09/24/2016 1:51 pm They call this a clip, referring to it as a straight clip, but nothing in the cutting process makes a straight clip. It is actually over the edge of the stock material when this was cut. So I just refer to these an in incomplete planchet. I would like to see this coin naked (not me, out of the 2X2) to see if the obverse/reverse letters fade along the straight edge area. Also an image of the edge of the coin in that area to see if it is irregular. Report this Post to the Staff
