2015 P Dime DDO?

I found this dime yesterday, it looks like a DDO? If you look especially at the 5 in the date, it looks like another 5 is underneath and is slightly rotated to the right? What do you think? Is this Machine Doubling? I also see die cracks on this coin, I'll send more images. Wish I had a microscope, all I know is this is getting alittle addictive looking at every coin I come in contact with:)

Actually the coin is in pritty good shape, doesn't appear to be worn at all, I would say maybe Machine Doubling if anything. I will post pics of the rest of the coin.

The die that struck the coin was worn out. Time for it to be replaced.

It is Die Deterioration. MD would alter the shape by reducing the size.
