These coins were found with a batch of various US nickels and quarters from the mid 1900s. I appreciate the help.

The larger coins are about 34mm diameter by 2mm thick. One weights 14g, the other 11g.

This one weights 14g. Front:

The top one seems like an oddball. It looks like maybe Mexico 8R but if it is, then the size and weight are wrong.
And if the size and weight are closer to a 4R, then what looks like the number 8 should be the number 4.
Can't help you with the next. But here is a link to the ancient Greece copy.

AH yes it is Mexico 8R, thanks! I think it is 1745 8 Reales (King Philip).

And the second coin appears to be another Spanish coin, 8 Reales from 1618-1621 Philip III. Wow that's old. The denomination can't really be made out, but I think it must be 8 Reales by the diameter.

I am still very new to all this. Can someone advise how the two silver coins achieved such wear?

My gut feeling is that the top one is a cast copy. The detail is poorly and unevenly defined, and the field is dimpled. Is this some kind of oxidation or other chemical decomposition?

They could be fake made to trick people into thinking they have sea water damage.
I saw a website someplace that shows many fakes made to resemble shipwreck coins.
The guy's name might be Sedwick, or Sedgewik something like that.

Those are links I found related to fake 8 Reales cobs. My coins don't seem to match any of those pictures exactly. The fakes on that website mostly appear very non-circular, to simulate damage perhaps as you said. My coins definitely do seem like the outer circumference is smashed inward, and they are less than the advertised diameter (39mm?). So not sure.
