1959 Seated Liberty Dollar "in God We Trust."

eberlank New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 09/25/2016 11:29 pm My dad has bugged me about this coin for a couple of days now and I can't find it anywhere! On the front shield there is no "Liberty" and I would say it could be due to wear but lines go down the shield without a gap from where the liberty would be. Finally the most interesting part... On the reverse the coin has "In God We Trust." That wasn't put on the coins until 1866! New to this forum and need some help!
