The tops of LIBERTY were something a collector sent to me to examine. The LIBERTY area was the only area affected. They looked taller, but not like hub doubling. (No spread noted) Just the devices looking different. It was then determined to be die wear. Note the tops of these devices: Here is a side by side: (wow I was doing them way back then also...)
