Looks normal to me. Not a double ear IMO.

The 'Y' looks like machine damage. Note how it reduces that side of the device. The tops of LIBERTY were something a collector sent to me to examine. The LIBERTY area was the only area affected. They looked taller, but not like hub doubling. (No spread noted) Just the devices looking different. It was then determined to be die wear.
