Could just be the lighting, but I'm not confident that the surfaces haven't been altered/cleaned on this one.

It's UNC, but that's all I can definitively say about it.

I agree that the surfaces do not look right at all for this coin.

Upon seeing the coin, I know the surfaces are legitimate and original. The lighting is bad

nice fields but not perfect.....64. This could be an RPM as well, they are fairly common in the late 40's - 64 washingtons
