Welcome to CCF.

Since you asked, here is what I think:

Your photos are out of focus.
You give no scale or measurements or weight.
Since it is incuse on the reverse, it is not likely a medal.
It has a date, but it is likely modern.
It has a loop with a ring in it, so probably a bracelet charm, since you said it is small.

Do you have any more information about it?

The actual size of this medal is half of five cents coin and weight is just only half gram contains nine hundreds sixteen gold material in the piece

It is produced at the factory in locally and not available in foreign countries

Personally bought it at Goldsmith outlet near to my place and curious that the local company can make those relate foreign coin statue without getting the permission from the government and welcome for your comment with your though there

I doubt there is much gold in that coin at all.

The Morgan medal is certainly not coin never mentioned and contain that amount of gold showing on the receipt which I bought at local outlet other way to identify it is the numbers that appears on top of the ring there
