The constant striking of the die pushing the coins planchet in the same direction, cause the side of the devices to wear on the die closest to the rim. On the date you will see this on the right side, LIBERTY will show it on the left side and the motto on the tops of the devices. Just part of the die aging process. As mentioned there is no premium as it is common to find when the dies begin to wear out.
So you can see it continues and get worse until the die is retired. A hub doubled die will show the doubling from the first strike to the last as each coin is struck. This is just a normal die that is wearing out that struck your coin. Hope this helps.
