Thoughts On Grade/Value - Damaged 1900-O Quarter

Jake the Dog Valued Member United States 226 Posts	Posted 09/30/2016 12:49 pm Just wondering about folks opinions for the details grade and value of a 1900-O Barber quarter that has some pretty bad scratches on both sides. I am hovering around VF details damage/improperly cleaned. My first Barber quarter with this much detail, although I collect the dimes normally. Picked it up for $7.
