nice coin! Thanks for sharing it. And your picture skills are definitely getting better. I always have trouble getting nice ones through slabs but you've done well

Nice coin. There were two Sp 1946 cents in the Norweb sale. Brian Cornwell in his critique of the Norweb sale rated one as a Sp65RB and the other as a Sp64RB. Bowers and Merena described them both as brilliant gems, one a Sp66 and the other a Sp65. They sold for $348 and $284.

Norweb is the name of a famous collector. this coin was part of that collection and belonged to him..sadly I don't know much more about him.

Thanks! I always wondered about these names that appear with some coin collections. If I had a coin graded could I get my name on it?

I'm not sure how it works. My guess is you would have to have a nice collection of coins, and rather large. And I think it'd have to all be for sale in a certain auction so that you could call the "TheForce" collection sale

@twoods thanks, I use my father's phone..it can be really tough, I took lots of pictures today because I got lucky with the lighting in my house and found an angle that worked..iv'e been trying on and off for months to get acceptable images of this coin and only got ones I liked today.
