Has anyone ever seen a roll of 50 sequentially serial numbered $ 2.00 bills. I know a guy that has a few of them and he will sell me one at face value. I have never seen them come in a roll before. I've seen them at the bank with bank straps but, never as a roll. When I say roll they look like a tiny roll of toilet paper. Not sure of the year of them. Just wondering if they would be worth the $ 100 to put away.

I always thought they came in sheets. I find that to be very unique. I would definitely purchase one. I think it is cool. There are quite a few collectors in our community who like unique stuff. There is a market for things of this nature. You could sell it for extra immediately if you decide to purchase it and put it on the market.

Also, if you are paying $100 for it, you are guaranteed not to lose money. It is a safe and sound investment. Go for it.

Depends what they're used for.

If it is in a roll, it is an after-market item that was put together as a novelty item.

The notes were originally printed in sheet form, cut into single notes and banded into packs of 100 by the BEP.

I've seen them put together in a roll as an aftermarket gimmick.
