Anyone want to take a shot at this one based on bad photos?
Appears to be struck slightly "off" somehow but might also be PMD. Errors are NOT a field of numismatics in which I am overly knowledgeable, so I'd like some opinions from CCF on this coin. Reverse does show a slight rotation. If this is a legitimate mint error, what would the proper terminology be? Thanks - AB

Both of these slight deviations are within tolerance range and would not really be considered errors, just slightly out of true.

Additionally, neither of them would increase value as they stand on this example.

Thanks to you two for the excellent information. I'd like to add more knowledge about errors to my numismatic studies at some point, and this is certainly helpful. Value's not really an issue, it's not exactly a scarce, desirable, or high grade coin to begin with, just another variety for an envelope. :)
