Coin Of Titus From Caesaria Maritima?

I purchased this coin thinking it might be of Titus from Caesaria Maritima, however upon closer inspection the bust doesn't appear that Titusey. Does anyone agree with my initial idea or have a better suggestion? The coin is just under 20 mm. I do know that it originated from Israel.
