Although I usually trust PCGS, I have seen several coins now that are straight-graded and should definitely be in details slabs.
Whoever sent this in to PCGS was probably pretty happy with it, though.

This one's not nearly as bad as other PCGS "errors" I've seen. Yet, even a legally blind grader could feel those "light ticks!"

Definitely a details coin. The straight grade won't fool anybody on resale, though.

PCGS seemingly has had an increase in lapses of judgment in the past few years. No longer the gold standard these days IMO.
