I strongly suspect this coin to be counterfeit. Please weigh in on authenticity.

Unfortunately, I do not know enough about either genuine gold nor counterfeit gold to be able to help much here; if it were real I would guess at an AU grade somewhere. Do I see bubbles and tool marks?

Is that a bit of "Green" at the bottom left on the wreath, Or is it just a trick of light on the image ?

It does look a little off. A few bubbles, or what looks
like bubbles in the pictures.

If authentic there does seem to be good luster.

First thing I would do is check weight and gold finess

Sharper images would help but I agree it looks mushy as is commonly seen on fakes.

The seller has cancelled the transaction after hearing my concerns.

Looks like a cast counterfeit even with these blurry photos. Reverse surfaces show many raised bumps.

Are these the seller's only pics, i.e., none were sharper?

You don't need sharper pictures. I am 100% sure that this piece is a counterfeit. The look and the sharpness are totally off.
