I got this in change today. My guess is its a filled D? But I've only heard of filled S?

Is there any added value because of this?

Wouldn't a S MM have been proof? This doesn't look like a proof that's gone through circulation.

They minted both proof and business strike with an S mm.Yours is a business strike.
