I pulled 60 coins. I cased them all. I'm going to identify the top 10. I will edit/upload top 10 pics soon. I'm very new, I went off my gut feeling. Whilst looking for any thing out of the ordinary. Very excited to show what I found. Since my very first Coin roll hunt back in 2013 of $75.00.
Thanks Brandon555. This will defiantly take longer than soon. I have a lot of research to do now. I want to do this right.

If I can offer you a piece of advice, don't put all of your finds in 2x2s. It's great that you're keeping them to go back to, but you just spent $3 protecting coins that are probably worth a total of $1 or less. I keep pretty much all of my CRH finds in rolls, which save quite a bit of space.
The best thing you can do at this point is, like you mentioned, learn. Know what dates to look for major varieties on and don't hesitate too much over the coins that don't catch your eye- if you do, it'll take forever.
Also, you can post your Lincoln finds here instead of starting a new thread.
Oh, and

I used your method today, it went so much faster. So simple thanks. Another $15.00 down. Plenty more to go.

Keep it up!
I always make sure to have a loupe on hand so I can look closely at anything that looks unusual, but most of the time I just check the date and mintmark, give it a quick glance for errors on both sides, and move on.

That is great advice. I took way too long to get a magnifying glass for mints and dates or errors.

I often wonder what my old eyes missed before I sprung for one or how many mintmarks I incorrectly identified.
