@thecollectible, again it is a little unclear from your post exactly what sort of response you desire. It seems like an interesting coin and so thanks for sharing it. However, your pics don't show the rainbow toning very well (I do see some color variation on the rev). Perhaps it is better in hand?

The rainbow toning on reverse is more obvious than on the obverse side because the camera light matter but clearly shining piece which is showing there
