Hello folks!

Another coin I picked up at an estate auction. I had to pay near retail for this one I think but I enjoy the look of the coin. What do you grade it? Not the best pictures (my apologies), it is in an old capital plastics holder.

I will start by grading it FINE, however, not so sure about the reverse...holds the grade back..is that damage on the reverse motto? or photo issues.
