If you're looking for a deer, then the figure on the reverse of an Urbs Roma is certainly going to look strange to you, since it is supposed to be a she-wolf.
There appears to be a figure between the two stars on the reverse of your coin. Can you make out what it is? Perhaps a symbol of some sort? Two of the western mints used symbols in that spot for some of these coins.
The artistry is rather crude, but the lettering is all correct and properly proportioned, so it might not be an imitative. However, could you tell us the size in millimeters and the weight in grams?
