Picked this one up the other day. I saw it and I just wanted it. Weighs in at 4.75 grams. I think the weakness of the strike is due to the thinness of the planchet. When I get a chance I'll put the calipers on it to get a true thickness measurement. On to the important part, the pictures.

From the weight and the appearance it definitely looks like it is missing one of the cupro-nickel outer layers. Very nice find, looks to be in very good condition.

Also note that the strike is weak on both sides. This is not a Struck Through Grease issue. This is due to the fact that the thickness without that extra clad layer was reduced and the strike was weak because of the missing clad layer. The weight will also be reduced a bit. I would like to know how much if you can weight it for me?

I noticed that. One of these days I'll break down and buy a decent camera set up.
