I would describe the obverse as harshly cleaned because there is moderate wear apparent but absolutely zero patina. I'd call it VF Details - Improperly Cleaned. I get ya but there is usually some kinda something that's just not there on this one. Luster isn't the term I should have used. I was pretty sure there was something going on.
