Obverse Fine 12 Picture seems a little out of focus. Not seeing much foot or hair detail.
Reverse would make VF
Looks like it has a old cleaning.
Based on these pictures Fine details .. cleaning

Quote: ....it's lacking luster. At that level of wear there shouldn't be any luster. I would describe the obverse as harshly cleaned because there is moderate wear apparent but absolutely zero patina. I'd call it VF Details - Improperly Cleaned.

VF20. it does appear to have had a dip or two. probably enough for a details designation

Agree VF-20 cleaned, at least the obverse. Has that dead look.

Thanks all for looking. Quote: At that level of wear there shouldn't be any luster. I get ya but there is usually some kinda something that's just not there on this one. Luster isn't the term I should have used. I was pretty sure there was something going on. I like the dead look comment that how I would describe this one. It was an impulse buy I almost always regret impulse buys

VF-30. I would buy this as a details coin because it has been dipped.
