Obverse Fine 12
Picture seems a little out of focus.
Not seeing much foot or hair detail.

Reverse would make VF

Looks like it has a old cleaning.

Based on these pictures Fine details .. cleaning

At that level of wear there shouldn't be any luster. I would describe the obverse as harshly cleaned because there is moderate wear apparent but absolutely zero patina. I'd call it VF Details - Improperly Cleaned.

Agree VF-20 cleaned, at least the obverse. Has that dead look.

I get ya but there is usually some kinda something that's just not there on this one. Luster isn't the term I should have used. I was pretty sure there was something going on. I like the dead look comment that how I would describe this one. It was an impulse buy I almost always regret impulse buys
