I'm thinking about flying up to NYC in January to check out this show http://www.nyinc.info/. I notice that several dealers I've bought from are attending.

Has anyone been to this show? Is it worth it for the average ancient collector?

Just curious.

Huge international show with dealers from all around the world.
Be prepared for an exhausting experience ! So much to look at and so many coins for sale that it really takes a minimum of 2 days just to see everything just once.
If you have the stamina it is well worth doing at least once in your life.

PS
You may want to take out a home equity loan before you go ........

I grew up in NY. I think everyone should go to this convention at least once in their lives. It is an unreal experience. Just remember, that some sellers their, are some of the most aggressive that you have ever seen.

I will be there most of this week, it is certainly worth attending if you are a world collector...

Will anyone else be there this week?
