First problem is that the coin is rather beat up and has zinc rot.
The F appears too far away from the Memorial.
But the G appears to have the correct serif and a loop that stops short.

So I need some help - is it 006? or 005?

You can see the bur on the tip of the 'G' that shows it has been pushed inwards from its original location. Also with the die wear, it would not be a 006. All the 006 examples I've seen were is earlier die states on 1988 cents. We have seen examples from other years that show die wear and look like a 005, but they are not from 1988. Still waiting to see a 1988 with out heavy die wear though with the RDV-006 reverse though.
