I seem to recall reports of doubling within the inscription "Memorial to the Valor of the Soldier of the South," especially in "Valor" and "Soldier."

I can't see it from your images, but maybe you can detect the doubling by looking at the coin with a 10x glass.

There are doubled dies listed for so many of these early commems, but only few are major. This is a minor one,probably not worth any premium
