It doesn't look like a DDR, but the area around ONE looks like something is going on there. Neither of the 1983P-1DR-001 or 002 look like that. So better images would show us more as to what you have. The 002 on the 'U' show doubling on the other side on UNITED:

So it is not either of them. But clear images of the ONE would be helpful to see what is going on there?

Hard to see a DDO, then all the images are of the reverse. LOL

Well it isn't as interesting as I hoped it would be. So I'm think it is from a normal die. there might be some very minor MD on the devices. If it is, then it affected just the tops of the devices. (this time the 'N' on ONE looked different) So this maybe a lighting issue or MD issue?
