I'd think this would be easily identified by the poles of the upright in the D, they create quite the arrow. The bottom portion has a nice split serif.

I assume it would be a rotated rpm, similar to the 015 on CC's but that one has the upper serif split, that's the only rotated rpm listed.

Looks normal to me, looks like a hit on the lower left part.

It looks like it could be 1MM-021. Check for die markers and see what you find.
The example on coppercoins is not the best for comparison, Coop may have a better example.

On the 1962-D cents the lower serif corner has an issue with a damaged mint mark punch. It was replaced later on in the year. I think it is a RPM though. Just one I don't see listed yet.

Claude & coop, does it look like it's in the catagory of being rotated? What is your thought?

The 021 does have some similarities and MM placement. The image on CC's is hard to see. I'll look for markers. http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/...ie_state=mds
