Pictures update from what? Do you have a question or comment? Can you post a picture of the whole coin?

I think it can be he big one because this coin is a 1983 Denver mint mark. It's then only one I know of, and I've never heard of one that exist

1983 D is the question for being a DDR? Is this a new discovery?

I need to see images that are not so close to see if the devices are enlarged, or the coin has contact on the tops of the devices in question. When you get too close, you loose track of how the devices compare with normal.

it looks promising. better pictures would be better. The ones you have up now look like the alien spaceship Will Smith saw in Independence Day.

This looks really promising. I'd email John Wexler and ask him for his thoughts

With a side by side, these devices look close to normal. Just a tad smaller because the die was probably over polished a bit that reduces the size of the devices on the coins.

The marks on top, I feel are some circulation flattening on the affected areas.

I'm orry coop. No disrespect and I'm not putting you knowledge down, but the side by side comparison doesn't match maybe if you show me an over polished coin that looks like mine in comparison, I'd be more convinced

Intriguing...Especially the middle bar on the E in CENT and the notch on the upper left cross bar of the T in UNITED.

Is it just shadow and reflection? The photos are a bit fuzzy - is that producing what I see?

Are the features really there or only in my imagination?
