In the word Heritage the H and E are joined together by a "dash" or something and there is something coming off the left side of the T. The dash connecting the H and E would be difficult to be post mint because it is "behind" the E. I'm trying to get good enough pictures so ya'll can see what I'm talking about. Any information is appreciated.

Keep in mint the devices there are incuse. (sunk into the coin) if a coin hit something incuse it will make a mark across the tops of the devices and not touch the device. So it is just coin contact that cause a 'bag mark' on the coin.
