Looks legit to me. Clips seem to be in correct location for a double clip,tapered rims,weakening of devices near the clips-can't see much evidence of blakesly effect but comments welcome thanks for looking.

! Blakeley effect seems present for both clips. Just shows more on obverse side for one clip and the reverse side for the second clip. Thanks, Doug.

Yes. The other is a 6:00 on the obverse.

Thats the spot I was wondering about too pete-thought I remember coop mentioning flat widened rim with the blakesly effect ive seen weakness from the blakelsy effect before but wasnt sure on this one,thanks guys!
