I know this probably does not fall under Modern coin but the bullion board has no grading section. Any one have an idea of how they would grade this coin.

No, you can't tell the grade from the pictures. This is an uncirculated coin. It is in a mint state. Now, to figure out the degree of its "mintiness", one needs a microscope.

Why a microscope? TPG's use no more than a 10x loupe.

I have seen many silver dollars from this date and this 1991 looks much better then most. Let me know what I need to look for under the Microscope. I see very little to nothing in way of scrapes or anything. If it could truley be a MS 70 it is super expensive! So please let me know the key factors to look at.
Rest in Peace

Unless it's in one of the two main TPG's holders it's value is strictly bullion plus a small collector value over the intrinsic value.

If it hits 69, you break even. Look at the number of 69 to 70 in the census of each and you'll see quite a spread.

The chances of a 70 are not great.

I grade it ....bullion....just kidding

I am guessing your wondering if it is a MS 70 coin.

Most ASE like this will grade 68, 69 or 70. With most of them being MS 69.

I see a couple ticks, but it not sure if it is on the coin or holder.
I am not sure, but I think strike quality plays a part in getting a 70 grade.

If you sent this in my guess you would get a MS 69 grade, maybe a MS 68.
