Yes, good one, but what's the deal with that "4"? That looks "repunched", too. Is that a possibility? Did they ever have surplus "195_" that were punched over years? I don't know if that ever happened but the ghosting in the same direction as the MM made me think of that.

I know there was a lot of "abraded" die doubling for this date, but if that's the case why is only the four effected?
