PSD. Note the rim is flattened and the coin is out of round. Reverse shows flattened devices. On the obverse there looks like what ever they used to squeeze the coin with had something incuse on it, that left a raised area NE of the date. Trying to create an error to sell. spendable.

I figured as such...I just thought the raised area and clean date made it interesting...some people really do have too much time on their hands..lol
