Now, I don't even know if you can make a PayPal payment for one cent. I was thinking maybe that was the catch, when you go to pay, it says sorry no payments less than $1.00 or something. Maybe this seller is just trying to build up feedback, (which isn't that great, by the way) or will mail you a pricelist, or approvals... Take a look at this auction of his for 2 silver coins. 8346434342 These are pictures of the same coin with the one lightened up some. To top it off, the guy's an idiot. Those listings cost 25 cents to list each, so he's going to lose money before he even ships. He is probably hoping to fix his very poor feedback or to build up some feedback so that he can break into the coin/paper money market. Report this Post to the Staff

I think it's just a feedback buildup thing. I was thinking of buying one just to see what would happen, but then got a little scared!
