I found two of these in the last batch of cello proof cents I purchased.
1964-Proof-Cent-Trails.
I haven't heard back from BJ on it yet. But in the same batch I got 6 DDR and one DDO. (one DDR had the DDO on the same coin. All were listed on Variety Vista. So he had another batch up, so I bought them as well.

No, I meant that you said there was some hub doubling, so you might want to have john check that out

Coop, if you have time, will you post pics of your DDO and DDR's too? I would appreciate it. Your images are so good--I learn a lot from them. Thank you!

It is this one:
http://www.varietyvista.com/01b%20L...4PDDO001.htm
Obverse has a lot more doubling on it.

The reverse is very minor, just the 'CA' on AMERICA was affected. It wasn't until I looked it up that I noticed the DDR.

I have no proof coins with trails so I will have to wait for BJ to comment.

Somehow trails have become one of my areas of interest. I don't think there's any difference between a trail on a proof and a trail on a business strike. It looks to me like there are slight trails on the date. I think the die moved north and south as it received it's design.

Very nice Coop. You have a knack for finding the multi-directional ones. You wouldn't believe how many I have found. I find them like you find DD's. lol
