1941-S LWC Would This Qualify As A Retained Cud?

On the right wheat, there is a nick in the rim at the lower end of the crack where a very faint crack joins a rim. The upper portion is clear (see the isolated photos of each). I just don't know if that is enough to call it a Retained Cud. Yes? or no?

Also, on the left wheat is a crack.

Not a pro, but I could consider it a die crack. Very small one though.

Agree - possible Cud at some point, but not yet.

I too am not a pro, but I don't see any vertical or lateral misalignment. Looks like a die crack.

I think it is a pre Retained Cud. You might take a look at COC to see if the die cracks match the loctaion of any Cud or reatined Cud
