Halo1st Pillar of the Community United States 2775 Posts	Posted 11/07/2016 7:59 pm In reference to the rim, I see possible minor misalignment on the obverse. Fairly common in the long run. If both sides are misaligned, could make an off center strike. Both are considered minor unless its an extreme case, where devices would be chopped off.
