Note the two 7's are showing contact marks on them. The same event that damaged the second 7, also left it mark on the first 7 as well, just not as pronounced.

In reference to the rim, I see possible minor misalignment on the obverse. Fairly common in the long run. If both sides are misaligned, could make an off center strike.

Both are considered minor unless its an extreme case, where devices would be chopped off. Also in some cases evidence may point to a collar issue. Thanks, Doug.
